We recommend you use someone you know and trust if you are going to have a structure added; we use Mike DeSantis at Precision Tuning.

Structure

Madd works with Mike DeSantis, of Precision Tuning, to ensure your board is given the best possible structure, without any mishaps. We are confident in this process, and recommend that you have the structure put in by our chosen professional. Mike is one of the top structure guys in the country and if you choose to have the structure done at a later date we recommend you send the board to him. If this process is not done properly, this machine will permanently f@#$ up your board. We put a nice, light, all around structure on the board and set your edges to what we feel works best - such as 1d base and 2d or 3d sides.

The Wintersteiger tuning machine is professionally tuned and run only by Mike who takes his time with each board and cleans the machine between every pass. Mike has over 15 years of perfecting his method and has provided his service for many top world cup racers.

Madd uses a medium rising cross structure that provides optional riding in all conditions. We use a ceramic disk edge finishing that provides the most consistent and accurate base and side edge angles. Please call PTC at (508- 875-6905) with any questions you have. PTC Signature Snowboard Race Finish: $85 USD

Tune and Brush
Shaggy will hand tune you board for $30. This includes cleaning, prepping, waxing, scraping and brushing your board to perfection. Three hot scrapes and a final waxing will be done using Dominator Graphite Zoom (all temperature wax). Add $10 for edges to be filed and stoned to a one degree base and two or three degree side bevel. Please call (802-379-6154) or e-mail Shaggy with any questions you have.
